The Springfield JR Thunderbirds are excited to partner with Jeff Walker from Stop It Goaltending to provide a very unique program designed to have our goalies reach their full potential. This exciting program is offered to all full season boys youth goaltenders; Squirt Minor-Bantam Major.  

Full time goalies that join the T-Birds program are encouraged to take advantage of this program. Payment must be paid in full by August 1, 2023 in order to receive a $1,500 discount  (putting their season tuition to $2,500) on their Jr. T-Birds tuition.

Jeff Walker is Stop It Goaltending’s Director for the Springfield, MA location. Jeff has trained professional, college, prep school, high school and youth goalies and currently conducts goalie lessons at MCU Training Center in Agawam, MA. Jeff has worked with the Stop It Goaltending PGD and DHNL programs as well as the GCG Men’s camps since 2013.

Jeff has worked as an assistant coach for the Amherst College division III women’s hockey program, volunteer goaltending coach for the Westfield State University division III men's program, and currently he is the Head of Research and Development for the Arizona Coyotes.
