Neutral Zone announced Friday that Pope Francis Prep hockey captain and Jr Thunderbirds U18 National Bound player Josh Iby has been named 2023 “Mr Hockey."

This year, Josh also won, or was on the team that won:

• Bessone Trophy
• Pope Francis MVP award
• Boston Globe All Scholastic
• Boston Herald Dream Team
• Pope Francis D1 state title 
• Springfield JR Thunderbirds D1 high school National title.
