The 2023 T-Birds Training Camp will run from Monday August 14th to Thursday August 17th at the Olympia Ice Center in West Springfield.

Co-directors Matt Foley (Belfast Giants) and John Leonard (Nashville Predators) return with a team of instructors made up of active coaches and players from collegiate and professional hockey. 

The Training Camp consists of two 50 minute ice sessions per day, focusing on skill development and conditioning, to make sure players are ready for the 2023-2024 season.

Session 1 -- Boys and Co-Ed -- 8/14 - 8/17 

Mites Co-Ed (birth years 2015-2017): 9:00 - 10:50 am

Squirts Co-Ed (birth years 2013, 2014): 10:00 - 11:50 am 

Pee-Wees Boys (birth years 2011, 2012): 11:00 - 12:50 pm 

Bantams Boys (birth years 2009, 2010): 12:00 - 1:50 pm 

Midgets Boys (birth years 2005-2008): 2:00 - 3:50 pm 

Session 2 -- Girls -- 8/21 - 8/24 

Pee-Wees, Bantams, Midgets (birth years 2005 - 2012): 4:00 - 5:50 pm
